• As a warehouse manager, because the warehouse is very large, I want to have a handheld device to easily & conveniently scan the product barcode while doing stock-taking or adjusting in the warehouse to save the actual qty.

4. Main flow

• The warehouse staff creates the stocktake action on the system.

• The staff holds a mobile barcode scanner and go around the warehouse to scan the barcode of every single item in the warehouse

• Once the barcode is scanned, the product qty is updated immediately in the scanner.

• Once the counting in the warehouse is completed, the product qty is automatically updated back to the inventory system.
