4. Pre-conditions

• One Staff account is logging in the POS and the session is opening

5. Post-conditions

• Staff can switch to their username before performing any tasks (i.e. check-out, refund) for the customer so that their name will be recorded in the Order Details, Order History, X-report, and Z-report.

6. Main flow (Required)

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

1. Cashiers working in the same session on 01 POS location login in POS using the same account given to all of them. The POS validates the login credential and takes them to the POS homepage

2. Each staff/cashier can then select their own name when checking out or making refund to the customer among the list of staff/cashier working in the same session by expanding the Menu Sidebar, and clicking on the Active Username dropdown. The POS system processes and displays the list of staff/cashiers working in the session.

3. Staff/cashier searches and selects their name among the list of staff/cashiers working in the session. The POS system processes and changes the Active Username to selected staff name.

4. Staff/cashier then proceed to helping the customer to check-out or refund as normal. Once the check-out or refund process is done, the POS system processes and records the name of the current active user (staff name) in Order Details, Order History, X-report, and Z-report
